Refund policy

All units are fully tested and checked for quality previous to shipment. If the unit is damaged upon delivery or does not function (i.e. issues with audio or Bluetooth connectivity), you are welcome to return or exchange the unit. To initiate a return, message us with a description of the issue within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot help you to resolve the problem, a return shipping label will be issued and payment will be refunded or the unit will be replaced.

If the unit is fully functional and you decide that Cymatics just isn't for you, you are welcome to return the unit within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, message us within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued, minus restocking fee, upon return of the unit assuming there is no obvious damage or excessive wear and tear of the returned unit.

For all eligible returns, the unit must be returned using the original box and protective packaging with any/all sand removed from within the unit. This is required in order to prevent damage during return shipment.
